We are eating without much (almost none at home) added oil. Engine2Diet has convinced us that that’s the right direction. So – some of the tried and true recipes will be updated with new lower-fat and oil-free versions.

Here’s a start!

AGAVE DIJON MUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:
⅓ cup Yellow or stone-ground mustard
¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
½ TSP agave
1 TSP black pepper
2 TBLSP water

Blend in a small blender (VITAMIX works great!) and drizzle onto your salad.
