Key to shallow frying is med-med high temp.  Worked great!<\/p>\n<p>From https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=A-WM6rMdIlc<\/p>\n<p>FROM: More recipes at http:\/\/www.bhavnaskitchen.com<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n1 tsp Oil + more for shallow frying<br \/>\n1\/2 cup onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp Garlic, minced<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n11\/2 cups Cannellini Beans, Boiled &#038; Drained<br \/>\n2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal if available<br \/>\n1 tbsp Parsley or your favorite herb<br \/>\nChilli Sauce to taste<br \/>\n1 tsp Yellow Mustard<br \/>\nFor the Batter:<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp Corn Starch + Water as needed<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nFor the Breading:<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Bread crumbs of your choice<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>In a pan, add in the oil and onion. Saut\u00e9 for a minute and season with salt.<br \/>\nWhen onion is about to be done, add in the garlic and cook until the edges of onion are brown. Turn off the stove and let it cool.<br \/>\nIn a food processor, add in the onion mixture, cannellini beans, flax seeds and parsley. Blend until coarse.<br \/>\nTake out the mixture in a bowl and add in the chili sauce and mustard. Mix well.<br \/>\nDivide the mixture into four equal portions and give the shape of a sausage.<br \/>\nFor the batter \u2013 in a shallow bowl, add in the cornstarch and salt; mix with a spoon.<br \/>\nSlowly pour in the water and make a thin batter.<br \/>\nRoll the sausages in cornstarch batter, followed by the breadcrumbs.<br \/>\nIn a pan, heat the oil on low \u2013 medium heat and place the sausages; shallow fry until golden brown from all sides.<br \/>\nSERVING<\/p>\n<p>Serve with your choice of condiment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Made these last night &#8211; big hit!
