Wonderful.  #Keeper<br \/>\n#Vegan, of course <\/p>\n<p>Spice Blend Ingredients:<br \/>\n2 \u00bd TSP Smoked paprika<br \/>\n2 TSP ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp dried oregano<br \/>\n1 tsp dried thyme<br \/>\n1 tsp sugar<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp cayenne pepper<br \/>\n\u00bc &#8211; \u00bd tsp fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n3-4 cloves minced garlic<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll also need&#8230;<br \/>\n1 package tofu &#8211; pressing optional<br \/>\n4 tsp olive oil<br \/>\n2 tsp BRAGGS <\/p>\n<p>Cut the tofu into 8 long strips. <\/p>\n<p>Spray baking sheet with pam. <\/p>\n<p>Preheat broiler &#8211; medium &#8211; and make sure top rack is 6 inches or so from top. <\/p>\n<p>Mix the spices in a bowl&#8230; put them on a plate.<br \/>\nPut the oil and braggs in the bowl you used to mix the spices<br \/>\nDredge tofu in oil \/ braggs mixture.. .then spices.<br \/>\nPlace on baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Broil for about 12 minutes &#8211; watching closely as broilers vary quite a bit. Don&#8217;t burn it&#8230; but blacken nicely.
