Wonderful.  <\/p>\n<p>Chickun-Cashew <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n8 Gardein Chick-un Scallopini<br \/>\nSalt and white pepper to taste<br \/>\n2-3 tablespoons vegan butter<br \/>\n1 cup chopped cashews<br \/>\n3 cups veggie broth<br \/>\n\u00be cup dry white wine<br \/>\n3 veg bouillon cubes or equivelant<br \/>\n1 tsp ground ginger<br \/>\n\u2153 cup cornstarch<br \/>\n\u2153 cup water<\/p>\n<p>METHOD<br \/>\nHeat 2 tablespoons butter and sauce cashews until lightly browned, stirring to keep them from becoming too brown.   Remove from saucepan and set aside.  <\/p>\n<p>Add broth, wine, bouillon cubes, and ginger.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.  Strain into skillet you used to cook chick-un.  <\/p>\n<p>Mix cornstarch and water and gradually stir into stock and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.  <\/p>\n<p>Add chick-un and cashews to saws and simmer for about 10 minutes more.  <\/p>\n<p>Serve with the sauce generously over the chick-un.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This.
