I think I&#8217;m claiming this one.  <\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n2-3 Carrots&#8230; washed, ends cut off, chopped in large chops<br \/>\n1.5 cups water<br \/>\n4 cloves garlic<br \/>\n\u00bc small to medium onion<br \/>\n\u2153 cup raw cashews<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nPepper to taste<br \/>\nPinch (tiny!) of cayenne pepper<br \/>\nPinch (or two!) of gourmet mushroom salt (or mushroom paste)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp celery seed<br \/>\n1 tablespoon nutritional yeast<\/p>\n<p>Put all ingredients in your vitamix or blend tech&#8230; and let &#8216;er rip&#8230; staring at low speed then working up to high. If you want to keep it raw &#8211; dont go for more than a minute or so&#8230; perhaps a little longer.
