And so easy to make. <\/p>\n<p>\u00be cups Macadamia nuts, soaked at least 30 minutes<br \/>\n\u00be cups pine nuts, soaked with macadamia nuts, at least 30 minutes<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup water (go light first&#8230; more if you need it to maintain creamy texture)<br \/>\nPink Himalayan Salt to taste<br \/>\nPepper to taste<br \/>\nMushroom salt or paste to taste<\/p>\n<p>Blend for about a minute&#8230; taste and adjust seasonings.  <\/p>\n<p>Serve with spiralized zucchini (toss with zucchini noodles in a large mixing bowl&#8230; then plate or serve in large bowl). <\/p>\n<p>2 zucchinis make two large bowl servings &#8211; very generous &#8211; using the recipe as prepare above.  <\/p>\n<p>Thinking about ways to make this even more special&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; dehydrate the zucchini noodles for 1.5 hours or so&#8230; to make them warm and dry them out just a bit.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; serve with fresh herbs from the garden &#8211; perhaps parsley?  <\/p>\n<p>Other thoughts?<\/p>\n<p>Serve with a pice of sesame bread&#8230; if you want an even more substantial meal. <\/p>\n<p>Pictures next time &#8211; we ate it too darned feast.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ohhh&#8230; this is good.
