The only Tortilla soup I&#8217;ve made since going vegetarian in 2008 is with my VitaMix &#8230; toss some veggies in and get amazingly healthy soup in five minutes.  Not bad.<\/p>\n<p>But THIS recipe&#8230; has some serious heart and soul.
