It&#8217;s a small community within the community&#8230; just 18 HOA homes.  <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a really great neighborhood.  Great houses, outgoing and friendly people, a real sense of community.<\/p>\n<p>What is MOST amazing for me &#8211; is at least 3 homes have vegan or vegetarian residents.  I&#8217;ve not met everyone, so not sure if that is everyone.  <\/p>\n<p>But 3 &#8211; is pretty fantastic!  <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s good to be home. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We recently moved to a new neighborhood in South Jax Beach.
