Great addition of Matt as the Engineer&#8230; expect great improvements each week (and a recording!).<\/p>\n<p>by Judith Finlayson<br \/>\nServings\/Yield<br \/>\n6 servings<br \/>\nTime<br \/>\n&#8211; Cook: 120 Minutes<br \/>\n&#8211; Active: 10 Minutes<\/p>\n<p>Spinach &#038; Artichoke Dip<br \/>\nEASY and FANTASTIC!!<\/p>\n<p>1 cup shredded Mozzerella Cheese<br \/>\n8 ounces cream cheese, cubed<br \/>\n\u00bc cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp black pepper, freshly ground<br \/>\n14 ounces Artichokes, 14 oz tin<br \/>\n8 ounces Fresh Spinache Leaves, Or 10 oz froz, FINELY CHOPPED<br \/>\nTortilla Chips<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>NOTE: Works best in small (max 3.5 quart) slow cooker<br \/>\n1. In slow Cooker Stoneware, combine mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, black pepper, artichokes, and spinach.
