Should become a fine powder, like flour.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Add one banana (ripe is good! but will work if at least yellow)&#8230; to your stand mixer bowl or just a mixing bowl. Mash the banana to the point where it&#8217;s kind of a thick creamy sauce.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Add the oatmeal \/ chia mixture and the almond milk to the bowl&#8230; and stir to combine well.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat cast iron or non-stick pan on medium high. Drop pancakes &#8211; about 1\/3 cup each &#8211; onto pan (grease if you want &#8211; not needed for these pan types).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After about 3-4 minutes, flip the pancake. Give it another 3-4 minutes on the second side &#8211; watching for doneness.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>OPTION: Add 1\/2 cup of frozen or fresh wild blueberries (the small kind &#8211; they&#8217;re amazing) when combining all ingredients.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Serve with 100 percent maple syrup&#8230; and possibly some great vegan sausages.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Buen provecho!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oatmeal PancakesOk. these are amazing.
