RANCH… vegan and low fat and fabulous.

Ranch is comfort food. And there are some great vegan alternatives, but so many are so heavy with fat and other not so great ingredients.. So… here’s this one. It’s pretty great. Easy, fast, fabulous.
Ingredients
- 1 12 ounce package silken tofu
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened, unflavored plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1½ teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
Step by Step Instructions
- Combine all ingredients through salt and pepper in your Vitamix or blender.
- Blend on high for 10 seconds or so.
- Taste … needs plenty of salt and pepper and it makes a huge difference.
- When you’re pretty happy with it, add the herbs.
- GENTLY blend… you don’t want to purée the herbs
- Taste Test again… adjust spices as needed.
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 to 5 days.
