So – No Meat March has been launched in Florida. I’ve seen it on Billboards – and just last night saw a flier in a Thai restaurant (with GREAT vegan options- Jacksonville – and a veg discount in March Buddha Belly Thai Bistro).
What a great concept! I love how it’s being launched and I love the angle they’ve taken in terms of promotion.
There are discounts available… and they’re trying to build awareness of #vegan and #vegetarian options in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, and (of all places!) Daytona!!
Very excited this has come to our neighborhood… and will definitely be participating. Well, the no meat March part is easy for us… since we’ve been no-meat-every-day since 2007.
Just sharing an exciting program that is raising awareness – and probably an eyebrow or two – in North and Central Florida.
