Carrot Not So Tuna

Wow. This is amazing. Wonderful. And easy. The good folks at Stuff I Eat in LA shared this on Instagram. And wow. So glad to have it. It’s wonderful. 

 

Ingredients

    • 4 cups carrot pulp
    • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
    • ¼ cup agave
    • 2 tsp braggs or 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp celery seed
    • 1 tsp caroway seed
    • ½ cup green onion
    • ½ bell pepper, diced
    • ¾ cup organic vegan mayo

Step by Step Instructions

  • Mix everything together thoroughly. Mix some more. 
  • Enjoy. 
  • OH – overnight in the ref makes it even better.
